We offer several leagues for player of all abilities at the Kenora Golf & Country Club.
MONDAY MORNING LADIES BEST BALL
18 holes every Monday morning beginning at 8:30 am.
Best ball format with handicap involved.
Open to members of the club with established handicaps.
MONDAY MEN’S
Monday night men’s best ball league – 9 holes – 5:30pm shotgun. Register a two, three man team. Starts May 29th. Captains meeting Tuesday May 23rd, at 6:00pm upstairs at the club.
JUNIOR NON COMPETITIVE LEAGUE
Junior non competitive league – 3, 6 or 9 holes dependent on skill level beginning at 2:45 pm. A small snack and beverage is provided each week prior to play. One half hour group golf lesson provided over summer months. Must be able to play independently in a timely manner and carry/pull their clubs. Open to members and non members 10 years of age and older. Begins July 8th and runs through August 19th with an Adult/Junior wind-up on August 26th, 2024.
T n T LADIES
The Ladies play every Tuesday and Thursday mornings starting at 9:00am.
Players may play 9 or 18 holes and on one or both days.
Contact the Pro shop to put your name down and select your tee time.
Open to non-members as well.
Special league green fee pricing available.
JUNIOR MEMBER COMPETITIVE LEAGUE
Open to all junior, juvenile and young juvenile members of the club. Play 9 or 18 holes with different formats each week. Tee times start at noon each week. Draw made up each week. One half hour group lesson provided throughout the summer. Register in the Pro Shop beginning May 1st with league cut off June 15th at noon. League starts July 2nd and runs through August 20th. Adult/Junior Wind-up August 27th.
SENIOR MEN’S
Wednesday mornings host the Senior Men’s Club. Contact Al Glofcheski prior to Sunday evening to enter. Tee times start at 10:00am.
Open to non-members as well. Special green fee pricing available.
WEDNESDAY EVENING LADIES
Wednesday evenings. They play 9 holes with tee times starting at 3:30 pm and running to 6:00 pm. Sign up sheets are located in the ladies locker room. Players can also contact the Pro Shop to enter. There are different formats each week which are posted on the Kenora Wednesday Night Ladies League on Facebook.
JUNIORS
Monday afternoons in July and August.
9, 6 or 3 holes of play with a different format each week dependent on age and skill level.
Teams will be made up each week prior to play.
Tee times start at 2:30 pm.
Registration will be held in the Pro Shop and must commit to full season.
Open to all juniors 10 to 16 years of age with prior golf knowledge and experience on the golf course.
Must be able to be on the golf course without adult supervision and complete 9 holes in a maximum of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
First league date will include an etiquette and rule session.
Requires a minimum of 12 children to hold.
Registration deadline – Wednesday June 28th at 6:00pm.
FUN FRIDAYS!
Select Friday afternoons in June, July and August are set aside for FUN FRIDAYS.
Open to any combination of players and any skill level.
9 holes of golf with different formats each day.
